Nutrition
PeruKidz wants to end the cycle of malnutrition in Perú. We do this by offering bi-weekly deliveries of essential food requirements such as rice, eggs, noodles/potatoes, milk, oil, and sugar. Food baskets are delivered through the local church, not only providing essential care to their physical bodies, but places Jesus’ Church at the center of that care. A typical bi-weekly basket costs $15. For just $30 a month, you can provide a family the food they need.
Beds
Many of us don’t give a second thought to where we will sleep tonight. Yet the children of Peru often find themselves sleeping on the floor, or crammed into small, broken, and outdated beds. Proper sleep is essential to the well being of a child, and we are on a mission to make sure every child has adequate bedding. For just $200, you can purchase a bed frame, mattress, pillows, and all the linens needed to make up the bed.
Christmas
Our signature event is PeruKidz Christmas where a $10 donation provides a meal, a Christmas gift, and a home made Christmas card. We believe every child deserves a Christmas gift that they can be proud of. There is nothing greater than putting a smile on the face of a child who has received a gift that means the world to them.
