PeruKidz would like to welcome Vanessa Herrera to the board. She is
the daughter of Martha, Mimi’s sister, who was an inspiration for us
starting this ministry. Vanessa has be actively involved in our
StreetKidz ministry for years, taking food, toys and treats to young
children who are on the streets all hours of the day and night selling
candies to passing motorists to help pay for a day’s worth of food.
Vanessa has also been a big help in collecting and distributing the
monies we send from the states to pay for all the projects PeruKidz
sponsors. It’s reassuring to us knowing the financial aspects are being
handled responsibly.
